Kings Park Cafe is a traditional, old-fashioned British café inside the C.B.B. Pavilion at Kings Park, on the eastern side of Bournemouth. It shares the site with two well-known local landmarks: Kings Park Athletic Centre, the track used by Bournemouth Athletic Club, and Vitality Stadium, AFC Bournemouth's home ground, so it's a natural stop for anyone visiting either.
What's on the menu
Nothing fancy here; this is fry-up and bacon-roll country. The regulars order the full English breakfast, black pudding, cheeseburgers, chips and whichever puddings are on that day, with a plain cup of tea or coffee alongside. Good to know
The café opens every day, roughly 9am to 4pm, with outdoor tables and step-free access for wheelchair users. Parking at Kings Park itself is limited and the council car parks around it are pay-and-display, so get there early, particularly on match days or when athletics meetings are taking place.
